Z is for Zoey

Meet sweet Zoey…

I can’t tell you how excited I was to hear that Jen had her baby! I have been anticipating the birth of baby Zoey for weeks.

Jen and Joe are seriously in love.

And I can’t blame them.

I call this the newborn sleep giggle.

Congratulations Craig and Lauren!

What’s more enjoyable than a wedding at a winery?

Being at a winery doesn’t mean that you’re limited to wine as your choice beverage. Especially if you’re the groom getting ready for your big day.

Craig’s best man made several attempts to attach his boutonnière, but gave up once I stepped in.

While I attached his rose, Craig filled me in the newest Beavis and Butthead episode (Now back on MTV, folks!). At first, I think his buddy feared that I would be offended but Craig me cracking up with his impressions!

Just down the hall, beautiful and sweet Lauren had her gals with her.

Once she got into her dress, it all became real… this was her big day!

These two opted to do a “First Look” – it’s a photographer’s dream to capture the emotion of bride and groom seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day.

Onto the wedding party photos!

Craig is a musician, so of course, he brought his guitar to his wedding.

The lovely wedding celebrations continued into the evening with a nighttime ceremony and reception.

Congrats Craig and Lauren, it was a pleasure to capture your day!

Your Story : Sutberry Family

I’ve got a lot in common with this family. Look at these cute boys, adoring husband, and a momma who’s got a passion (and talent) for photography!

Chantel is another photog friend. (Check her out with all her vintage cameras!)

She is the first photog friend to have requested a Your Story Session, which makes me feel incredibly special to be asked and wanting to puke at the same time out of nervousness. It’s one thing to impress someone that already likes your photography. It’s another thing to impress a fellow photographer! I hope I measured up!

So, the good thing about a “Your Story” blog post is that I get to close my yappin’ trap and let the photos and video entertain you…

But before I do that, let me tell you what I love about Chantel. I love her heart. I love that she loves God. I love her drive for being the best photographer ever. I love her boys. – I love her boys’ beautiful eyes! – I won’t say I LOVE her husband, but I love that he loves her. 🙂 And Rick, I do like you very much. 🙂

(Okay, so I worked all my yapping into in the beginning of this post… but I promise, NO more during pictures.
How could I not say all those wonderful things about such a beautiful family?!?)
